DODDINGTON NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN GROUP
The Group was established by Doddington Parish Council to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan for the village.
In accordance with the government’s Localism Plan, the Group has worked towards giving more involvement in planning within the village back to the community. The Neighbourhood Plan will work alongside the District Local Plan and within the designated parish development boundary. It will also provide an opportunity for local people to influence the decision making.
Doddington Parish Council has recently undertaken a public consultation exercise on the Doddington Neighbourhood Plan (Draft), in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
The draft plan will now be the subject of further discussions with Fenland District Council and an independent examiner.
